About the role
C & E Publishing, Inc is looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team in Cebu Central Visayas. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Client & Sales Administration function.
What you'll be doing- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing diaries, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle customer and client inquiries, liaise with internal departments, and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases
- Contribute to the implementation of sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities
