Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Outreach (Scope of Work: Initial client contact, primarily through outbound methods):
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, and other communication channels to introduce our product range and identify sales opportunities.
- Research and qualify leads to ensure efficient targeting of prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach efforts and lead interactions within our CRM system.
Product Presentation and Client Engagement (Scope of Work: Articulating product value and building initial client interest):
- Confidently and clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products to prospective clients.
- Quickly establish rapport and build trust with clients to understand their needs and identify potential solutions.
- Effectively capture client attention and maintain engagement during initial conversations.
Sales Process Support (Scope of Work: Assisting in the progression of leads through the sales funnel):
- Schedule follow-up meetings or product demonstrations for senior sales team members with qualified leads.
- Provide necessary information and support materials to potential clients.
- Assist in the preparation of basic sales proposals and quotations under guidance.
Sales Target Achievement (Scope of Work: Contributing to overall team sales goals through individual efforts):
- Actively work towards achieving individual and team sales targets as defined by the sales management team.
- Demonstrate persistence and determination in pursuing sales opportunities.
- Track personal sales activities and report progress to the sales manager.
Continuous Learning and Development (Scope of Work: Acquiring and applying product and sales knowledge):
- Actively participate in all provided training programs to gain comprehensive knowledge of our products, sales processes, and industry best practices.
- Seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through self-study and feedback.
