Managing and instruction site workers, setting their schedules
Monitoring performance
Ensuring all health and safety guidelines
Conducting regular site inspections
Collaborating with project managers, engineers to ensure all project is align
Ordering and managing inventory of construction materials to ensure steady supply
Problem and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt timeline of project

Qualifications/Requirements

Male at least 3 years relevant work experience
Can analyze blueprints
Can speak,read, and write in mandarin fluently
Can manage personnel and delegating task
Can Perform regular site inspection
Can manage orders and delivers
Can identify safety hazards
Can complete site reports
