Quality Supervisor

1. Supplier development, leading the quality audit work during the development phase;
2. Promote the analysis, improvement, and enhancement of supplier quality, as well as the closure of 8D reports.
3. Establish, update, and maintain an open issue list for suppliers, and urge them to promptly and effectively resolve issues.
4. Lead the PPAP recognition of suppliers and promote their development in accordance with the APQP process

Job Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in the same position.
2. Familiar with the seven major quality techniques and 8D work techniques, with strong logical thinking, able to independently analyze customer complaint issues and effectively develop solutions;
3. Good logical analysis and communication skills, with strong teamwork spirit;
4. Priority given to experience in the packaging and printing industry.
5. Good English speaking skills
