Job Hiring in the Philippines:

We are currently looking for Senior Quality Assurance Staff with the following qualifications:

Job Description:

• Prepare, implement and oversee quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Draft, review, revise (if necessary) and authorize procedures, work instructions, protocols, validations, specifications, and qualifications.
• Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed in accordance with cGMP.
• Develop plans to help the company manage waste.
• Supervise routine inspections and quality tests.
• Lead the investigation of non-conformances pertaining to processes and protocols that cause deterioration of quality of products and/or losses to the company.
• Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors and senior level personnel of other concerned departments.
• Prepare and present CAPA for all cases concerning Quality Issues of Products and/or Processes.
• Develop a workflow for product inspection.
• Document quality assurance activities and create reports.
• Act as focal person for Regulatory and 3rd Party Inspection / Audits.
• Make recommendations for improvement in conformity with cGMP and Food Safety Standards.
• Create training materials and operating manuals. Spearhead trainings relevant to Quality Assurance.

Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or allied courses.
• Mastery of cGMP and good understanding of Food Safety principles.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Quality Assurance Staff.
• Certificate in Quality Assurance is a plus.
• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
• Able to present and resolve audit findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
