We are seeking Software Quality Assurance Engineers (open to mid and senior levels) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities- Report to the QA Manager and collaborate closely with QA Leads.
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Build and maintain regression test suites using Playwright.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and cross-platform testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure QA policies, processes, and best practices are applied across projects.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, QA Leads, and Software Delivery Managers (SDMs) on priorities and timelines.
- For Senior candidates: mentor mid-level QA Engineers, lead test design strategies, and propose improvements to QA processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Mid-Level: at least 3+ years in Software QA with some automation experience.
- Senior-Level: at least 5+ years in Software QA with solid automation and leadership/mentorship experience.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright test automation.
- Strong background in manual testing, test planning, and reporting.
- Knowledge of JavaScript; PHP testing experience is a plus.
- Experience in API, backend, cross-browser, and mobile testing.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Zephyr, LambdaTest, and performance testing.
- Knowledge of modern testing techniques, including AI-driven testing, is a plus.
- ISTQB certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino; Japanese proficiency is an advantage.
- Excellent relational skills in working with stakeholders and clients.
- Experience working under Agile with Scrum, Agile with Kanban, Hybrid, or Waterfall models.
