About the role
We are seeking exceptional Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team at TTEC Cebu 2'. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to our clients via voice and non-voice interactions.This is a full-time, Manila-based role where you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Collaborating with team members to achieve department and company goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with customer service principles and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
