As a Call Center Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional chat, email and voice support to our valued customers. This is a full-time role based in our Malate Manila City office, where you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive environment.
What you'll be doing- Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and chat
- Troubleshooting issues and providing effective resolutions
- Updating customer records and documentation
- Escalating complex cases to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards
- Contributing to a positive team culture and continuously improving customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Customer service or call centre experience is preferred
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
