About the role
Stark BPO Services is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in Makati City, Metro Manila and will involve providing excellent customer service through a blended account, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
What you'll be doing- Answering incoming customer calls and addressing their queries or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Making outbound calls to customers to follow up on orders, process payments, or provide updates on products and services
- Accurately documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services to customers
- Actively contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing effective resolutions
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with a clear and pleasant speaking voice
- Adaptability and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
