As a Sales Development Representative, you’re the first point of contact for prospective clients. You call new inbound leads, qualify booked appointments, build real rapport, and help prospects understand how our white-glove, done-for-you acquisition service can move them toward their goals.You keep the pipeline clean, move quickly, and make sure every qualified prospect gets a professional, high-quality first experience with Regalis Capital.

About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, driven SDR to own inbound lead response, appointment setting, qualification, and early-stage pipeline management. You’ll be responsible for turning first conversations into qualified opportunities while representing the firm with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.
You’ll work closely with SDR leadership, follow a set schedule, attend regular training and role plays, and keep detailed notes so every handoff is clean and every opportunity is tracked properly.
Results
New inbound leads are contacted quickly across all channels, including Instagram, Facebook, ads, website, and other sources
Booked appointments are confirmed, qualified, and properly prepared before handoff
Qualified meetings are consistently booked each month
Daily call targets are hit with strong consistency
CRM records, notes, qualification details, and handoffs stay clean and complete
Follow-up stays consistent over longer lead cycles so strong opportunities do not slip
Prospects receive a professional, clear, and positive first experience with Regalis Capital
SDR leadership has accurate stat sheets and pipeline visibility by end of day
Sales processes improve over time through feedback, training, and clear communication
Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls to all new inbound leads from every channel, including Instagram, Facebook, ads, website, and other lead sources
Call all booked appointments to confirm attendance, qualify fit, and ensure prospects are prepared
Manage inbound lead flow and respond quickly to new activity
Maintain a clean, organized pipeline in the CRM
Research and prospect leads to tailor outreach and improve conversation quality
Follow up consistently with leads over longer timeframes
Keep detailed notes on every interaction, qualification, objection, and handoff
Update stat sheets by end of day and send updates to the appropriate team channel
Use email and texting efficiently to support calls and follow-up
Attend weekly training sessions, role plays, and check-ins
Work a set schedule, with possible rotating shifts in the future
Work at least 5 days per week
Coordinate with SDR leadership to improve processes and clear blockers
Represent Regalis Capital with professionalism, clarity, and strong communication on every call
Requirements
Strong phone presence and comfort making a high volume of outbound calls
Great communication skills over phone, email, and text
Persistent, professional, and able to handle objections without losing momentum
Curious enough to dig into a lead’s true goals, fit, and motivation
Highly organized and able to manage a large, constant flow of inbound leads
Accountable, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up
Desire to learn sales, improve through feedback, and grow into a larger sales role
Ability to maintain clean CRM documentation for every call, qualification, and handoff
Comfortable working in a fast-moving remote team environment
1–2 years of SDR experience preferred

Prior experience in appointment setting, inbound sales, outbound calling, or lead qualification
Experience working with high-ticket services, financial services, coaching, consulting, or acquisition-related offers
Track record of hitting daily activity targets and monthly qualified meeting goals
Comfort working with CRM systems, Slack, email, texting tools, and stat tracking sheets
Experience in a remote or distributed sales team
Compensation
Base pay plus uncapped commission
