Job Summary
The HR and Administration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating a wide range of functions to ensure efficient operations, compliance with company policies and labor laws, and a positive work environment. This role involves supervising administrative staff, managing employee relations, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, administering benefits and payroll, and maintaining accurate records.The HR and Administration Supervisor acts as a key support to management and employees, contributing to the overall strategic goals of the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities- Manages the full employee lifecycle: Leads recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and annual evaluations, while maintaining comprehensive employee records.
- Oversees HR operations: Responsible for staff ID issuance, attendance management (including OT and leave), and administration of employee benefits and allowances.
- Handles administrative and office management: Supervises company transportation, monitors workplace health and safety, organizes office layout, manages supplies, and ensures office maintenance.
- Facilitates financial and communication tasks: Coordinates with banks for salary processes, supports budgeting, and manages internal announcements and correspondence.
- Contributes to strategic planning and fosters positive relations: Participates in strategic HR planning and maintains strong working relationships with management and peers.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the same capacity ;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Filipino language
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, and a wide understanding of social issues
- Good at presentation skills and able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good at management and leadership skills
