Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: 1pm to 5pm or 2pm to 6pm PHT
Salary: Php25,000 – Php30,000

Holidays: UAE Holidays

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

This role requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

JOB DESCRIPTION AS DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Your Responsibilities as Digital Marketing Specialist will be:

Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles, building and keeping the client/ client’s business online Public Relations presence is in good standing
Develop engaging and suitable content for social media platforms that promotes audience interaction and increases social media following and visibility and to ultimately gain more customers
Creating newsletters and other marketing materials etc.
Creating/ Editing engaging videos for the client – both long form and short form
Conduct keyword research and develop SEO/ SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Handle the Paid Advertisements and come up with other initiatives that can drive boost to company’s branding and growth.

Qualifications as Digital Marketing Specialist:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
Atleast 2-3 years Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital campaigns yielding to more leads and customers for the business.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc.
Proficiency in content creation and storytelling across various digital platform
Excellent video editing/ video creation skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications
Strong SEO/SEM skills, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
Experience with handling Paid Ads, Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
