Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns that attract and convert high-quality leads. You will manage paid ads, SEO initiatives, and conversion strategies to maximize our lead generation.

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Perform keyword research and SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.
• Optimize website landing pages and calls-to-action to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and retargeting to nurture leads.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, especially in real estate.
• Collaborate with the content team and web developers to align marketing efforts.

• Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing, preferably with real estate or property marketing.
• Proven track record of managing paid ad campaigns and improving ROI.
• Strong understanding of SEO techniques and analytics
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing tools like Right my agent, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
