- Lead in the conduct of community engagement activities of the Social Preparation Committee as Focal of designated LGUs (dialogues, assemblies, fora, meetings, clustered gatherings, Community Needs Assessment/Background Investigation, Lease-Purchase Agreement signing, Community organizing training, HOA registration, deed of registration workshop), with the members of the Local Inter-Agency Committee (LIAC) and project-affected families.
- Prepare Communications, notice of activity/meeting, presentation materials, program workflow, information materials, forms/templates, and various activity materials in compliance with Social Preparation Committee activity requirements.
- Perform the functions of project focal/coordinator, facilitator/speaker, and manage the assigned community association (CA) account, including monitoring, oversight, and coordination of project account, assistance to CAs governance process, organizational development, CA issues and concerns.
- Perform the functions of resettlement officer and lead in the preparations for and implementation of the moving-in/transfer of beneficiaries to their permanent site/assigned units.
- Prepare project updates of assigned CA/HOA as part of the presentation materials for the LIAC and sub-committee meetings.
- Assist in facilitating LIAC meetings, subcommittee meetings, relocation and resettlement action planning with concerned LGUs.
- Assist in the planning and facilitation of community organizing activities to good census and qualified project-affected persons.
- Prepare post-activity reports and other forms of reports for internal and external stakeholders in compliance with project requirements.
- Liaise with partner agencies and project beneficiaries regarding updates and committee activities.
- Participate in other subcommittee activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
