ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Build and manage strong client and partner relationships to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
- Lead client acquisition, negotiations, and product/service presentations
- Oversee end-to-end partner onboarding and implementation, including contract finalization, system rollout, and operational setup
- Monitor account performance and drive sales growth through targeted initiatives and marketing programs
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and manage renewals or upgrades
- Resolve client issues and improve processes to enhance overall customer experience
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, client needs, and market opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Analytical and numerical proficiency
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Understanding of customer service and account management processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent tools
- Experience in fintech, banking, or digital services is a plus
- Proven experience handling enterprise or strategic accounts in fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, telecom, or related B2B industries
- Exposure to regional or multinational enterprise accounts
