We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bilingual Account Officer (Mandarin) to manage client accounts and maintain strong coordination between clients, employees, and internal departments. The role is responsible for handling client communication, operational concerns, negotiation discussions, and administrative support to ensure smooth business operations and excellent client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and capable of professionally communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.

Job Description
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients regarding operational concerns, requests, and business coordination.
  • Communicate and negotiate professionally with clients to maintain positive business relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with clients, employees, and internal departments to address concerns and operational requirements, subject to supervisor approval.
  • Prepare, monitor, and process Daily Time Records (DTR) and attendance reports accurately and on time.
  • Submit DTRs, SIL records, and other payroll-related documents to the Accounting Department.
  • Process ATM requests, memos, excuse letters, and other employee-related documents.
  • Coordinate schedules for meetings, trainings, seminars, and client discussions.
  • Monitor promoter attendance and prepare monthly leave and attendance reports.
  • Encode, analyze, and prepare operational and client-required reports.
  • Assist in maintaining organized client files, records, and documentation.
  • Support management in ensuring efficient client servicing and operational coordination.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, timekeeping, payroll processing, negotiation, or related roles.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and able to communicate professionally with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other related functions.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized in handling records, reports, and client concerns.
  • Experience in the food, retail, hospitality, or hotel industry is an advantage.
