JOB SUMMARY:

The University Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and fostering an engaging learning environment that promotes student success. This role involves curriculum development, classroom management, and active participation in the academic community to uphold the institution's standards of excellence.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Instructional Delivery: Facilitate lectures, discussions, and practical demonstrations according to the approved syllabus and course objectives.
• Curriculum Development: Design and update course materials, including lesson plans, assignments, and assessments, ensuring alignment with current industry standards and institutional outcomes.
• Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through exams, research papers, and projects, providing timely and constructive feedback to support academic growth.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a professional and inclusive learning environment, managing student behavior and fostering respectful academic discourse.
• Academic Advising: Serve as a mentor to students, providing guidance on academic pathways, career opportunities, and research initiatives.
• Administrative Compliance: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports in accordance with university policies and deadlines

• Preferably with aligned master’s degree / units in masters specializing in either of the following: Accountancy, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, Hospitality Management, or Architecture
• With aligned PRC Licensed
• Must have at least 3 years of related industry and academic work experience
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Applications
• Must be willing to work in Baliwag, Bulacan
• Must be willing to work by July 2026
• Full-time and Part-time positions available
