About the role
AMA Computer College Inc. is seeking a passionate and experienced College Instructor (CS/IT) to join our vibrant team at our Angeles City, Pampanga campus. As a full-time College Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to our tertiary-level students in the fields of Computer Science and Information Technology.
What you'll be doing- Preparing and delivering engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions to undergraduate students
- Designing and updating course materials, lesson plans, and assessments to ensure curriculum relevance and student learning outcomes
- Providing academic support and guidance to students, including office hours and mentoring
- Participating in curriculum development, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends in Computer Science and IT
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level, preferably in the areas of Computer Science and IT
- Strong subject matter expertise and a passion for imparting knowledge to students
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the department
- Familiarity with various teaching methodologies and a commitment to continuous professional development
