About the role
The Moment Group is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our dynamic culinary team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in shaping our dining experiences and maintaining our reputation for culinary excellence.As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu development, and culinary standards across our establishments.
Key responsibilities- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality, presentation and taste across all dishes
- Develop, design and refine menus that reflect seasonal ingredients, culinary trends and guest preferences
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling and performance evaluation
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene and health regulations
- Control food costs and manage inventory whilst maintaining quality standards
- Create and implement standardised recipes and cooking procedures for all dishes
- Manage kitchen budgets and achieve financial targets
- 5+ years of culinary experience, with at least 1 year in an executive or managerial role.
- Advanced knowledge and exposure to Filipino, Chinese, and Japanese cuisines is an advantage.
- Experience in multi-brand or high-volume restaurants is preferred.
