We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Management Specialist to facilitate the full contract review process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client-ready contracts. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between client leaders, Legal, and subject matter experts, managing internal discussions and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate contract review, ensuring thorough review by Legal and subject matter experts
- Serve as the main contact point for client leaders, Legal, and subject matter experts
- Project manage internal discussions and ensure timely feedback according to SLAs
- Provide support in contract negotiation, ensuring Legal guidance on non-negotiable terms
- Champion Contract Lifecycle Management Systems (CLMS) utilization and best practices
- Manage contract versions, tracking, and delivery of client-ready contracts
- Ensure accurate contract documentation and maintenance in the Global contract repository
- Address process or communication barriers and escalate when necessary
- Collaborate with COE Leaders to recommend improved processes and efficiencies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong project management, time management, and analytical skills
- Ability to problem-solve, think creatively, and influence key stakeholders
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Proactive mindset and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in EMEA working hours with a Mid Shift schedule in the Philippines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience w/ Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools (e.g., Sirion, Oracle, Adobe Sign CLM)
- Familiarity with task management tools
- Basic understanding of contract types (e.g., MSAs, NDAs) and client structures
- Awareness of compliance topics (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
