Network Management Supervisor - Maintain Contract and monitor Datacenter AC and power and Act as Backup administrator of Veeam backup and recovery by providing analyze system functions and failures to isolate and define problem areas and resolving engaged to provide significant support, through the use of Mandarin native language to senior professionals in China, Taiwan and other Mandarin speaking counterpart and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of network engineers, technicians, and support staff.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of projects and support requests.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for team members.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of LAN/WAN, wireless networks, VPNs, and network security.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Plan and manage network-related projects, including system upgrades, installations, and expansions.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal departments for project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and incidents.
• Prepare regular reports on network performance, outages, and usage trends for senior management.

• Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet).
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (required).
