Sales Account Manager

Job Summary
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for generating sales, acquiring new clients, managing existing customer accounts, and building long-term business relationships. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Monitor customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client visits to expand the customer base.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales is an advantage.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and fieldwork when required.
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
