About the role
Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Sales / Recruitment Account Manager - US RPO / volume hiring to join our dynamic Human Resources & Recruitment team. This is a full-time position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing and growing recruitment partnerships with US-based clients, focusing on high-volume hiring solutions through our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. You will act as the primary point of contact for account management, sales development, and client relationship building, whilst driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional service delivery.This position is integral to our business expansion and plays a crucial role in establishing Nezda Technologies as a leading recruitment solutions provider in the US market.
Key responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients, serving as the primary account manager and strategic partner for their recruitment and hiring needs
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the US market, particularly focusing on organisations with high-volume hiring requirements
- Prepare and present tailored RPO solutions and proposals to prospective clients, demonstrating how our services meet their specific hiring challenges
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with clients to ensure mutual benefit and profitability
- Manage account growth by upselling additional services, expanding scope with existing clients, and identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and execution of RPO contracts
- Monitor client satisfaction and account performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and activity metrics to support management visibility and strategic planning
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate new leads
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform product development and service offerings
- Proven experience in recruitment sales, RPO account management, or staffing industry business development, ideally with exposure to US markets for at least 1 year, 6 months minimum in BPO setting.
- Strong understanding of high-volume hiring processes, recruitment challenges, and how RPO solutions address client needs
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and serve as a trusted business partner
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex recruitment solutions to C-suite and operational stakeholders
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Preferred experience with staffing industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and US employment regulations
- Knowledge of other recruitment markets or languages is advantageous
