Staff4Me is seeking a passionate and skilled Customer Care representative to be a part of our dynamic team. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, offering assistance, and ensuring they have a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Guide customers through our products and services, ensuring they find the best solutions to meet their needs.
  • Handle customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism, providing timely resolutions.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collect feedback from customers to help identify areas for improvement in our services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and service updates to assist customers effectively.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and performance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; further education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft based programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with account management through database software required. Prior Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard office software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
