HR Associate

Summary of Position

The HR Associate is responsible for supporting key human resources functions including employee relations, recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, and time keeping administration. The role assists in maintaining positive employee experiences and ensuring efficient HR operations aligned with company policies and objectives.

• Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Support employee relations concerns and help maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in implementing employee engagement activities and company events.
• Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements and HR concerns.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in disciplinary processes and documentation when necessary.
• Monitor and maintain employee attendance and timekeeping records.
• Prepare HR reports and administrative requirements as needed.
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field
• With experience in employee relations, recruitment, and employee engagement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Can work independently and with minimal supervision
