Recruiter - Virtual Staffing LLC

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing onboarding and ensuring compliance with hiring regulations. This role plays a key part in creating a positive candidate experience and building a strong talent pipeline.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Ability to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using various sourcing methods
• Skilled in writing effective job postings and defining clear job descriptions and requirements
• Strong understanding of employment laws, hiring compliance, and best practices
• Experience in managing onboarding processes and ensuring a smooth new hire experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to enhance candidate engagement and close offers effectively

• No BPO Recruiting Experience required
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in computer applications, with strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and adaptability to varying workloads
• Flexible, coachable, and a team player, willing to work on holidays, weekends, and as needed by client demands
