Sales Executive

Salary : Up to 40,000

We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our Team.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company design & build services to potential clients
• Identify and develop project-based sales opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing
• Communicate effectively with clients via calls, messages, and face-to-face meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, engineering, procurement) to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports
• Represent the company with professionalism and uphold brand standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of sales experience (construction, real estate, or design & build industry preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Experience in handling high-value or project-based sales is an advantage
• Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar is a plus
