Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to manage company payables, process invoices, monitor expenses, and ensure timely payments to suppliers and vendors. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, accuracy in financial transactions, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices, liquidation, and payment requests
• Monitor due dates and prepare timely payments
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding billing concerns
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Willing to be assigned in Malagamot Panacan, Davao City
