What is the job?

The Accountant is responsible for supporting client accounting operations by performing accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, month-end activities, and financial record maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Supports client accounting operations, ensuring professional service and adherence to agreements
• Processes AP and AR transactions, including invoices, payments, reconciliations, and short-pay resolutions
• Maintains accurate vendor records, W-9 files, and responds to payment inquiries
• Assists in budget preparation and validation of financial inputs
• Performs month-end and year-end close tasks, reconciliations, and audit support
• Utilizes accounting systems (QuickBooks, Bill.com, ParishSoft) and tracks activities in Monday.com

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of accounting-related experience.
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.
• Experience working with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Bill.com, ParishSoft, or similar platforms.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
