Job Description
- Manage a large volume of calls, emails, and other platforms chat applications with profound knowledge and efficiency.
- Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries regarding terminal servicing inquiries through email and call.
- Redirect customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed.
- Address customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner.
- Coordinates with key departments in resolving customer issues at first level support in a timely manner.
- Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting customer relationships.
- Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines always.
- Perform each duty above with our customers satisfaction as the number one priority.
Job Qualifications:
- Must have at least a short course/diploma/certificate/Bachelor's Degree relating to computer science, information technology and the like.
- With at least 1 year of Customer Care experience and with experience supporting for Calls, Emails and Chats
- Good call handling, good email handling, good documentation skills, with good business communication skills
- Must be amenable to work in Makati City
- Must be amenable to work in shifting schedule
- Can start as soon as possible
- Amenable to work in night shift schedule
