Customer Service Associate

Responsible for assisting Clients/Patients on questions or concerns regarding Clinic's medical services. The CSAs are handling day to day email communications of the Clinic which includes, but not limited to the following:
- Acknowledge all Client emails
- Responds to Client inquiries
- Forwards the received emails to concerned departments
- Monitors and tracks the status of the forwarded emails
- Ensures that all incoming emails are responded to accordingly
- Coordinates with Clinic; registration team as to: Appointment/QR Code, Crew concerns, Repeat test schedule and appointment
- Forward to sales department all inquiries related to prices and quotation on medical services, including PEME packages and individual tests.
- Ensures that cellphone hotline numbers are immediately answered, whether phone call or SMS (text).
Qualification:
- Candidate must have a collegiate degree
- At least one (1) year experience in related field or exposure in Customer Relations/Service
- Good command of Filipino and English language, both written and spoken
- Courteous and friendly
Location: Merry Land Building, 1157 Chino Roces Avenue in San Antonio Village, Makati City
Work Set-up: On-site
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM; Saturday, 8AM-12NN
