Qualifications
Candidate Profile- 1+ year of relevant experience in customer service or related support roles is required
- Native Japanese or N1/N2 language skills
- Usable English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional approach
- Comfortable using technology and web-based systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-moving environment
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Customer service or contact center experience
- Voice support experience
- Experience within gaming, entertainment, streaming or technology support environments
- Experience supporting Japanese consumers
- Support customers through voice and customer service interactions
- Deliver a high-quality and professional customer experience
- Handle customer queries with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency
- Follow operational processes, workflows, and quality standards
- Navigate multiple systems and tools while managing customer interactions
- Collaborate with team leaders, trainers, and support teams
