The team is looking for an experienced Customer Service Domain Consultant to join our Digital Team and drive end-to-end digital transformation initiatives.
Role Highlights:
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders

Basic Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelors – Computer Science, IT, Engineering or any related course
- MBA / Post Graduate (preferred)
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Customer Service / CX domain
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Genesys AI solutions
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define and deliver end-to-end digital transformation roadmaps
- Willing to work ONSITE in BGC Taguig
