Manager of Food & Beverage is responsible for coordinating all phases of group meetings and banquet functions held in the hotel. This includes daily coordination of events, assisting clients with program planning and menu selection, and ensuring a high standard of service that reflects positively on the hotel’s reputation.
Additionally, the Manager will solicit local group Food & Beverage business, maintain departmental standards, and act as a representative of the hotel to clients.
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced certifications in Food & Beverage Management or Event Planning (preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive Food & Beverage experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a hotel or banquet setting.
