Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management:

Lead all food and beverage operations with strategic oversight and hands-on management to ensure high-quality service, streamline workflows, enhance coordination, and drive efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability through data-driven decisions.

  1. Menu and Beverage Development:
Oversee the design and seasonal updates of menus and specialty offerings in collaboration with Chefs and Bar Managers, ensuring innovation, cost-efficiency, and alignment with market trends.
  1. Cost and Budget Management:
Manage food and labor costs, control expenses within budget, and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability, implementing strategies to boost margins without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
  1. Staff Management and Development:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of F&B staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with sanitation and hospitality standards.
  1. Vendor and Supplier Relations:
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to ensure high-quality, cost-effective purchasing, while evaluating performance and building strategic partnerships.
  1. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Enforce quality control standards across all F&B operations, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and act on guest feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
  1. Event and Promotion Management:
Plan and oversee special events, promotions, and functions to boost traffic and revenue, coordinating closely with marketing and service teams for effective execution.
  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
Contribute to F&B strategy and budgeting by analyzing market trends and customer behavior to guide decision-making and long-term planning.
  1. Cross-Functional Coordination and Problem Resolution:

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Marketing to align F&B goals with business objectives, and lead timely resolution of escalated guest, staff, or operational issues.
