Job Description

Assist the Sales Engineer with supplier inquiries regarding materials, costing, and SRP pricing
Prepare project documentation.
Manage and coordinate with local suppliers
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers
Review and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material requirements for approved projects
Prepare packing list reports after PO issuance and coordinate with the company warehouse
Conduct supplier cost comparisons and pricing analysis
Process and maintain documentation including Purchase Orders, Receiving Reports, Delivery Reports, and Sales Invoices
Monitor and update yearly price adjustments from suppliers

Job Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to coordinate with local suppliers and internal departments.
Able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
