BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business-related field
- Preferably with experience handling Purchasing, Logistics, and Inventory in a manufacturing or construction industry
- Knowledgeable to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Excellent in interpersonal communication and has negotiation skills
- Knowledgeable in trucking/logistics service providers
- Locate suppliers and purchase supplies with quality at the lowest cost
- Facilitate purchase orders to respective local suppliers
- Assist the purchasing and delivery team in canvassing and purchasing raw materials
- Monitoring and coordinating deliveries or shipments nationwide
- Coordinate with suppliers in case of delay in delivery or receipt of subpar goods.
- Coordinate delivery of materials to DBSI clients
- Maintain a good filing system (Updated and easy retrieval of purchasing records)
- Maintain proper inventory and monitoring of office supplies
