Job Description
Posted on 20 July 2026- Review purchase requisition of materials requested for completeness of specifications and attachments, and refers queries to purchasing supervisor, also makes sure that queries are attended immediately
- Conducts canvassing and prepares canvass complete details such as specifications, availability, price, term of payment and other notes or remarks if needed
- Negotiates for the best pricing from the suppliers
- Prepares and process the purchase order in the system complete with all correct details and double-checks for completeness of all necessary attachments or in accordance to company policies and procedures
- Prepares material issuance slip, job order or any related purchasing document whenever necessary
- Handles queries of returned PO’s from audit
- Files PO’s and other office forms in an organized manner for easy access and retrieval
- Resolves complaints on purchased goods
- Prepares payment endorsement of PO’s with terms in a timely manner
- Advises purchasing supervisor for support in the release of payment to address concerns or problems with regards to supplier delivery
