About the role
As an HR Generalist at Atlas Capture Services, Inc.', you will play a vital role in supporting the overall HR function across the organization. Based in our Ortigas, Pasig City office, this full-time position will see you contributing to a wide range of HR activities, from employee relations and talent management to compensation and benefits administration.If you have a passion for people and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
What you'll be doing- Providing HR support and guidance to employees and managers on a variety of HR-related matters
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
- Administering employee benefits, compensation and payroll
- Maintaining employee records and data with a high degree of confidentiality
- Partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Identifying and addressing employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR policies, processes and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations and best practices in the Philippines
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
