The Plant Mechanical Planning Engineer plans and prepares all mechanical maintenance activities in bunker-fired and diesel power plants. He will organize what needs to be repaired, when it will be done, what manpower is needed, what spare parts are required, and how long the job will take.

He will prepare job plans, work schedules, materials requests, shutdown plans, and maintenance reports.

Qualifications/Requirements

Develop method for inspection and monitoring of Mechanical equipment and keep the availability of its record.
Carries the preventive and corrective maintenance of the Mechanical Equipment such as Pumps, Auxiliaries and other mechanical equipment.
Establishes a forecast level of the parts and the logistic support requirements for the routine maintenance work schedule and planned maintenance program of the plant and facilities the availability of the needed parts and materials on time.
Monitoring and Updating Status of schedule repair, reconditioning, pull out and installation of Pumps, Motors and related plant auxiliary equipment.
