QAQC Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and client requirements
• Establish quality policies, objectives, procedures, and inspection plans
• Ensure adherence to company quality standards across all departments and projects

• Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure quality requirements are defined and met
• Monitor construction/manufacturing activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures

• Lead, manage, and mentor QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and coordinators
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project quality requirements
• Conduct training and awareness programs related to quality standards and procedures

• Plan and conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and client quality requirements

• Act as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors on quality matters
• Attend quality meetings and present quality performance reports
• Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution

• Analyze quality performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization
• Implement lessons learned and best practices across projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial or related field)
• 10–15+ years of experience in QA/QC roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
