Sales Support Specialist Location: Philippines

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling inbound leads efficiently, following up on client inquiries, scheduling inspections, and ensuring accurate data entry for seamless booking, invoicing, and dispatch processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Intake & Conversion
  • Manage inbound calls within designated response times.
  • Nurture leads through proactive follow-ups to maximize conversions.
  • Provide accurate pricing and quotations based on property size and inspection duration.
  • Minimize discount usage to optimize revenue generation.
  • Communication & Client Management
  • Ensure timely responses to client inquiries via phone, SMS, and email.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and address communications promptly.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of clients and nurture relationships effectively.
  • Scheduling & Coordination
  • Arrange inspections while balancing customer, agent, and vendor constraints.
  • Optimize inspector schedules while adhering to operational and safety guidelines.
  • Prioritize employee inspectors where feasible.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all activities align with business policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation for lead intake, conversion metrics, and scheduling activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience in a sales telephony environment or similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and invoicing systems (preferred but not required).
  • Strong ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written); experience with Australian clients is a plus.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Flexible to work shifting schedules and weekends as needed.
  • Reliable internet connection (a backup line is a plus).

  • This role requires a background check, including identification and national police records verification.
  • Must have valid working rights in the Philippines.
  • Ability to travel and stay overnight if required.
  • Must be adaptable to flexible work hours based on operational needs.
