Training & Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary:

Expansion of distribution channels thru training and development of new and existing intermediaries (agent, leader, broker, affinity partner) and sales support.

Job Description:

1. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and assist in the development of training modules to equip the agents and other distribution channels to become professional and productive Sales Partners of Insular Health Care.
2. Conduct training modules for the agents, leaders, brokers and other distribution channels both new and existing nationwide.
3. Conduct post-training evaluation to determine the effectiveness of the training modules that were conducted and recommend possible enhancements.
4. Coordinate with Channel Dev’t. Head in conducting follow-through activities to trained agents and ensure conversion from accredited to activated agents. (i.e., Agency Visibility/Visits, assist on Agency Business Review)
5. Participate in the conduct of agency meeting, assemblies, forum and other events.
6. Regularly update training materials and other selling tools (powerpoint presmat, manual, flyers, etc.).
7. Prepare Training Reports, updating of Channel Development Dashboard (Recruited, Accredited, Activated; update Accreditation Report).
8. Assist the agents and other distribution channels with their transactions with IHC.

1. Coordinate all requirements and activities related to the conduct of different training modules (schedule, venue, materials, budget and other logistical requirements) both face-to-face and virtual.
2. Develop selling tools (hard docs and digital) to facilitate the learning of participants during “Product & Sales Orientation” and other training modules. Likewise, develop selling tools to aid the sales channels in their activities (brochures, manuals, kits, presentation materials, etc.).
3. Participate in the adaption activities for the company’s digitalization (HR Web Portal; Mobile App; Sales Portal; Online transaction, etc.) thru orientation, communication and other information campaign.
4. Assist in the accreditation process of new agents and brokers.
5. Develop communication materials for intermediaries to boost productivity (i.e. emailers, product contents, etc.)
6. Assist in company organized events for intermediaries (i.e. sales kick-off, leaders league, Accolades Sales Excellence Awards, assemblies, meetings, etc.)
7. Participate in the development and implementation of sales channel promotions / incentive programs.
8. Provide assistance during client presentation and employee orientation for prospective accounts.
9. Upkeep of the department’s training materials and equipment.
10. Perform other functions of the department that may be assigned when necessary.

1. College graduate preferably in communication, marketing, business administration and other related courses.
2. Preferably with experience or exposure in recruitment, agency development, training and development
3. Preferably with experience and exposure in the HMO industry
4. Willing to travel nationwide
