Work Arrangement: Work From Home
Location: Any CS Branch - Makati/Ortigas/Cebu/Mabalacat/Angeles/ Davao

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

Customer Service & Sales Support
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage shared sales and accounts inboxes – process orders, returns, credits, invoices, and statements.
  • Prepare and set up quotes, respond to pricing requests, and follow up to secure sales.
  • Provide accurate product, pricing, and availability information to customers.
Operational & Administrative Support
  • Liaise daily with New Zealand sales representatives and internal teams to ensure follow-ups are actioned.
  • Support order dispatch coordination with the warehouse team in New Zealand.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP (Cin7 Core) & CRM (Hubspot) systems.
Communication & Collaboration
  • Participate in Daily Team Meeting with NZ team.
  • Participate in weekly meeting cadence with the NZ General Manager and team.
  • Maintain daily communication with the NZ-based team via Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, and other approved channels.
  • Ensure consistent reporting and updates to management on tasks and open items.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or back-office administration (trade/wholesale or electrical experience is a plus).
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Confident phone manner and customer-first approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience using ERP or CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow structured processes.
  • Reliable home office setup
Performance Expectations
  • Consistent on-time attendance within NZ business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM NZT).
  • Adherence to agreed SLAs for response times and task turnaround.
  • Accurate and timely completion of customer transactions and order processing.
  • Active participation in meetings and alignment with team communication protocols.
