The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company revenue targets, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. This role involves strategic planning, sales forecasting, coaching, and execution of effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base.

Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales team to meet or exceed targets.

Identify new market opportunities and key prospects through market research and client feedback.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate reports for upper management.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company campaigns and product launches.

Conduct regular training and development for the sales team to improve skills and knowledge.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings when necessary.

Ensure accurate sales forecasting, budgeting, and timely reporting

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and market dynamics.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Preferred Skills:

Industry-specific sales experience (e.g., FMCG, technology, real estate, etc.).

Experience with digital sales and e-commerce platforms (if applicable).

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
