Assistant to Sales Manager
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager, including managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the Sales Manager.
  • Other duties relevant to the position.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard, software and tools to efficiently manage operations.
  • Fluent in Chinese language to communicate effectively with Chines-speaking clients, customers and stakeholders.
