Job Description:

Qualifications:

  • Must be a College Graduate preferably BS/AB Psychology or BSBA major in Human Resource Management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Accurate and attentive to details
  • Ability to maintain and organize filing systems
  • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Proficiency in MS Office and software programs
  • At least six (6) months working experience as HR Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for effectively recording and maintaining the 201 Files.
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with Club personnel and with management.
  • Responsible for performing general office support functions and assists other department’s personnel as necessary.
  • Responsible for conforming to the Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook and section orientation.

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Schedules applicants for interview and processing of pre-employment requirements.
  • Conducts initial interview for applicants and endorsing to the hiring managers.
  • Completes assigned reporting functions involving attendance statistics, termination and clearance, hire and transfer data, and other information assigned.
  • Assists in informing new employees of human resource policies and programs as needed and ensures that these company policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Prepares and maintains the 201 Files.
  • Monitors and processes status of casual and probationary personnel.
  • Prepares letters of appointment and job offer sheet for new hires.
  • Ensures all employees’ health cards are updated and valid.
  • Prepares requirements and clearances necessary to process the Sanitary and Business Permits.
  • Checks and monitors the PR (Personnel Requisition) forms of all requesting departments and coordinates with the Guard-on-Duty whenever there are changes/revisions.
