Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll take the lead on generating qualified leads, initiating outreach, and booking meetings that help drive the sales pipeline forward. You'll collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams while learning and growing in a high-impact environment.

The Qualifications We Seek
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development role, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and other sales enablement tools (Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A curious mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
Your Daily Tasks
  • Prospect and research potential clients using various channels including email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry tools
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and route them to the appropriate sales representative
  • Initiate outbound contact with target accounts to generate interest and schedule discovery meetings
  • Clearly communicate the product value proposition, address initial queries, and align prospects' challenges to key solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and Marketing to improve targeting strategies and messaging
  • Track outreach activity and conversion rates to contribute to sales forecasting and reporting
  • Stay up to date with product developments, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to continually improve product knowledge and sales techniques
