Supply Chain Supervisor

Job Description:

It also supports operational planning, monitors performance, and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company standards.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of deliveries, inventory transfers, and vehicle scheduling.
• Review and validate delivery itinerary reports submitted by drivers.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure completeness of stock records.
• Establish and maintain standard stock levels and reorder points for consumables and fast-moving items.
• Identify slow-moving and non-moving items and recommend proper action for utilization or disposal.
• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse and stockroom areas to ensure proper storage, organization, and compliance with standards.
• Ensure adherence to Good Warehousing Practices and internal control procedures.
• Plan manpower schedules, shifts, and task assignments based on operational needs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support supply chain requirements.
• Monitor operational performance and resolve warehouse-related issues promptly.
• Implement process improvements, warehouse controls, and efficiency initiatives to optimize operations.
• Performs other related duties assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of work unit.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse or supply chain operations, preferably with supervisory exposure
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage
• Knowledge of Good Warehousing Practices and inventory control standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and strong sense of urgency
