Supply Chain Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and Evaluate PO from sales department.
- Encode DR in logistic system and Making Delivery Order.
- Daily update Supply Chain Report.
- Monthly review stock movement of all items delivered vs. DR Making.
- Inventory checking and discrepancy analysis.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration/Management/Commerce or equivalent, Finance/Accountancy is preferable.
- At least 1 year of working experience in supply chain or related area.
- Excellent communication skills in English written and verbal.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- SAP/ERP or inventory system experience is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Paranaque City.
